Online Classes

In this unprecedented situation people are forced to stay in their homes and we believe practice of yoga must go on at any cost. We are providing online yoga classes for people from any part of the world.
These classes are highly optimized to help you practice and continue learning yoga at your place without the physical presence of the trainer.
We have designed a course which includes Asanas, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Meditation.
The course is divided into certain levels for people with certain physical and mental needs. “Basic, Intermediate and advanced” Weight management classes and power yoga is also provided. Both personal and group sessions are available.
